According to a report from AS, Eduardo Camavinga is leaving Rennes for a specific reason as giant clubs loom to get his transfer.

The case of Eduardo Camavinga at Rennes just took a wild plot twist that nobody expected in regards to his future. As one of Real Madrid’s most coveted players for the upcoming transfer window, new information came to light about his future.

In recent days, Florian Maurice (Rennes’ sporting director) revealed the player’s father is seriously thinking about seeking new representation. This news was reported initially by L’Equipe and later confirmed by Diario AS but a decision hasn’t been made. But given the seriousness of this decision, several agents have reached out to the player.

It is believed a race to sign Camavinga is currently underway by the most prominent football agents in the world. At the helm of this race we have Jorge Mendes’ Gestifute, Pini Zahavi, Jonathan Barnet, and Mino Raiola. All of which are trying to convince the player to work with them.

The highest bidder will get Camavinga.

Due to Camavinga’s potential, all agents who are trying to sign him know how important he will be for football. This leaves all agents trying to get the player the best possible deal in order to convince him. Given that he is probably going to leave Rennes next season, each agency is trying to get him the most lucrative transfer deal they can get.

The final decision will come to the agent who can get more comfortable with Real Madrid due to Zidane’s presence at the club. So far, Camavinga still thinks going to Real Madrid is a real option as he remains undecided about his future. Keep in mind that the Rennes midfielder is one of the two biggest targets Zidane has for the next transfer window alongside Kylian Mbappe.
