Chelsea revive interest in Rice
Thomas Tuchel has endorsed a transfer bid for Declan Rice.
The West Ham midfielder was a top target for Tuchel’s predecessor, Frank Lampard. The former Chelsea boss recently admitted his interest in Rice, but added a deal could not be done last year for ‘various reasons’.
Nonetheless, Tuchel likes what he sees and plans to recommend Rice to club director Marina Granovskaia. [Telegraph, subscription required]
Tottenham rejected Manchester City’s bid for Kane
It turns out the Harry Kane transfer saga began a little earlier than previously thought.
Manchester City reportedly made an inquiry for the striker in January. Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy, however, quickly rebuffed them. But with Kane set to seek a summer exit, he may have to change his stance – especially if bids of over £100 million arrive at his doorstep.

Valencia confirm Eliaquim Mangala exit
The former Manchester City and Everton defender will leave La Liga club Valencia once his contract expires in June.

Naby Keita is reportedly seeking an exit from Liverpool this summer.
A lack of regular opportunities and injury problems have marred his spell at Anfield. Therefore, Keita wants to change clubs in the upcoming transfer window.
