AC Milan to replace Zlatan with Edouard?

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been outstanding in the Rossoneri attack this season. But injury issues, along with the fact he is 39 years old, means AC Milan must consider a potential long-term replacement.

The Serie A leaders have, therefore, allegedly set their sights on Odsonne Edouard. The Celtic striker, who was a target for Arsenal last summer, has continued to impress in the Hoops frontline. Although several European clubs, including Juventus, are also monitoring Edouard. [The Sun]

Real Madrid set sights on Foden

The Spanish champions have made Phil Foden a transfer target. The 20-year-old has only made five starts in the Premier League and came on as an injury-time substitute in Manchester City’s 2-0 win over Newcastle on Saturday.

Juventus eye January move for Pogba

Paul Pogba is set to leave Manchester United after his agent, Mino Raiola, declared the midfielder isn’t happy. Real Madrid have since been touted as a potential destination should he depart Old Trafford.

But Pogba’s old club Juventus are keen on a reunion and may offer a January move. The Bianconeri could offer United around £50m (€54m) or a swap deal should the clubs be unable to agree on a transfer fee. [Eurosport]

Balogun to join Liverpool?

Folarin Balogun has impressed in the Europa League this season, scoring two goals in only four cameo appearances. The New York-born striker, therefore, has attracted interest as his Arsenal contract expires in June.

The Gunners are attempting to convince Balogun to sign a new deal in north London. But the 19-year-old has yet to agree on fresh terms amid interest from Liverpool and a host of Bundesliga clubs. [Star]

Sevilla & AC Milan enter race for Thauvin

Florian Thauvin will be out of contract at the end of the season. The 27-year-old is at his peak, having managed six goals and six assists in only 15 Ligue 1 appearances for Marseille, and of interest to clubs across Europe.
