Ace Football presents detailed betting tips on the upcoming K League games of the weekend.

As we prepare for another matchday of the K League campaign, our experts take a look at the bookmakers’ predictions for the upcoming games.

Let’s check out three betting tips for Matchday 16 of the South Korean top-flight.

Expect goals on both sides when Ulsan host Jeonbuk

Ulsan continued their incredible run of results by beating Suwon FC 2-1 last weekend.

On Sunday, the K-League leaders will face Jeonbuk, who suffered their first defeat since early march last week. A 2-0 loss against Jeju saw Jeonbuk slip to third place on the table, 11 points behind Ulsan.

We expect Ulsan to have the upper hand against their opponents in the upcoming match. However, Jeonbuk’s fantastic goalscoring stats convince us they will also find the back of the net.

Back Daegu to beat Seongnam

Daegu have not lost a league game since their defeat against Ulsan on April 9.

The sixth-placed side have suffered periods of defensive inconsistency. However, their brilliant attacking displays have saved them from many defeats.

This weekend, they must face Seongnam, who are struggling to get out of the league table’s bottom spot. A 1-0 defeat against Incheon once again showcased Seongnam’s persisting attacking issues last week.

We expect Seongnam to push for a smash-and-grab win on home soil. However, Daegu’s firepower will most likely outscore them in the upcoming match.

Don’t expect goals when Suwon Bluewings take on FC Seoul

FC Seoul haven’t been able to win any of their previous three league games. An underwhelming draw against Sangju Sangmu kept the Seoul side in the seventh spot on the table last week.

This Sunday, they must face Suwon Bluewings, who drew 1-1 against Gangwon last week. Suwon has conceded only once in their previous three games, and we expect them to keep their defensive integrity against Seoul.

On the other hand, the guests’ recent attacking numbers suggest they won’t be able to put too much pressure on their opponents’ backline.
