Real Madrid plot to sign Barcelona star for FREE
Los Blancos are reportedly eyeing a free transfer deal for Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo.
The 22-year-old Uruguayan’s contract at Camp Nou runs until June 2023. Barcelona view him as part of their plans for the future, although contract talks have gone on the back burner.
Ousmane Dembele and Gavi’s contract renewals are the priority instead. Therefore, as Barca’s attention appears elsewhere at the moment, Real Madrid have suddenly become interested in Araujo. They previously tried to sign him in 2018 from Uruguayan side Boston River. [KNB via Diario AS]

Paris Saint-Germain have made a last-ditch attempt to keep Kylian Mbappe.
The Ligue 1 giants have offered the striker a lucrative two-year contract to avoid him leaving in the summer on a free transfer, with Real Madrid his most probable destination.

Could Inzaghi become the next Manchester United manager?
Inter Milan boss Simone Inzaghi has emerged as a potential managerial candidate for Manchester United.
The Red Devils have allegedly contacted Inzaghi about succeeding Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as their new permanent manager for next season. Ralf Rangnick currently occupies the role on an interim basis.
