Barcelona strike deal with €50m-rated Man City star
Manchester City forward Ferran Torres has reportedly agreed on a transfer deal with FC Barcelona.
The 21-year-old’s agent held a meeting with the Catalan side in Barcelona on Tuesday. The club’s director of football, Mateu Alemany, will now travel to Manchester to begin talks with City.
While Barcelona hope to sign Torres in January, they still must agree on a transfer fee with City for the €50 million-rated Spain international. [Marca]

Elneny’s father doubles down on Arsenal exit rumors
Mohamed Elneny’s father has once again denied rumors linking the midfielder with a transfer away from Arsenal in January.
He told Al Hayat TV: “Mohamed’s contract with Arsenal expires at the end of the season.
“The club does not intend to terminate his contract. Playing in the Liverpool match proves his coach’s belief in him and his abilities.”
