Bayern Munich have reportedly reached an agreement with Al Nassr to sell Sadio Mane ahead of the next season.

Mane joined the Bavarians last summer, ending his glorious spell at Liverpool. However, his underwhelming debut campaign at Allianz Arena convinced Bayern to greenlight his departure this summer.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Bayern and Al Nassr reached a total agreement over Mane’s deal on Friday. The Senegalese star will undergo his medical at the Saudi club next week.

A report from CBS journalist James Benge claims the Bavarians will receive around €40m for Mane. The club are expected to make an improved bid for Harry Kane after securing funds from Mane’s sale.

Bayern bosses hoped to have a new meeting with Daniel Lewy to discuss Kane’s potential transfer on Friday. However, the Tottenham chairman has delayed the talks until next week. Most observers believe Mane’s sale would enable Bayern to make a €100m bid for the England captain.

Al Nassr, on the other hand, adds another elite player to their ranks ahead of the next campaign. Seko Fofana, Marcelo Brozovic, and Alex Telles have already joined Cristiano Ronaldo at the Saudi Pro club.
