Shocking reports from Italy claim that Juventus may consider any ‘realistic €60m or above offers’ from clubs to sign star man Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo has been nothing less than outstanding over these last two seasons for Juventus. He’s scored 65 goals in 89 games, winning back-to-back Serie A titles and a Supercoppa Italiana. Although it appears that even he may not be ‘untouchable’.

Juventus are set for a major summer revamp following a disastrous Champions League campaign, which ended in a shock last-16 exit to Lyon, and are prepared to make some bold changes.

The most significant one so far was replacing manager Maurizio Sarri with Andrea Pirlo, who has only got a week’s worth of experience as the club’s U-23 coach. Now the Italian takes on one of the biggest jobs in the world, but that’s just the beginning of it.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, the Serie A champions have now decided no player is ‘untouchable’. Therefore, they’ll be open to even selling star man Ronaldo for the right price.

Apparently offers of €60m or above would be enough to sign the five-time Ballon d’Or winner. While it may be a bargain sale, Juventus want to shift Cristiano’s wages to create more financial space for their rebuilding process. Hence, they’re willing to sell him on the cheap.

The Italian outlet claims Juventus want to shift their aging squad and resort to youth in order to create a new cycle.

These claims come in stark contrast to club president Andrea Agnelli’s announcement that he was ‘entirely convinced’ Ronaldo will stay for next season.

Then again, this could be good news for Ronaldo as Juventus appear to be going backward rather than forward, and a sixth Champions League title seems unlikely while he’s in Turin.

Furthermore, Paris Saint-Germain remain interested and are allegedly keeping tabs on the situation. Even if they don’t win the Champions League this month, they still arguably have better prospects than Juve.
