Bayer Leverkusen are reportedly the latest side to show interest in Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin ahead of a potential summer move.

Hector Bellerin continues to attract interest from a number of sides. Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen are the latest side to join his list of suitors.

The Spanish defender could be on his way out of the club if the market permits him to do so.

Bellerin remains Arsenal’s first-choice right-back but the club could resort to selling him to raise funds for moves elsewhere.

Maitland-Niles would be an already available option to replace the Spaniard if he does leave.

Juventus, Bayern Munich and PSG are all reportedly interested in the Gunners star. However, it is the Ligue 1 side who have shown the most interest and even saw their initial offer of £30m knocked off by the Gunners.

Well, some new competition could arise in Bayer Leverkusen. The Telegraph report that the Bundesliga side will attempt to strengthen their squad ahead of next season.

Die Werkself have funds from the sale of Kai Havertz and are willing the cash in other positions.

Bellerin has emerged as one of their transfer targets and the German side can fancy their chances of landing the defender.

The right-back still has three years on his Arsenal contract but is reportedly open to a new challenge elsewhere.
