Despite the random rumors claiming otherwise, CR7 has no plans to end his Red Devils comeback so soon.

Cristiano Ronaldo has ‘absolutely’ no plans to leave Manchester United, according to the renowned transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano.

The past week has seen the Portuguese ace linked with summer moves to Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, with United at risk of missing out on a Premier League top-four finish for this season.

The Daily Star even hinted at issues between Ronaldo and interim manager Ralf Rangnick, claiming CR7 ‘wouldn’t support’ the German becoming the club’s permanent coach next season.

‘Ronaldo is absolutely not planning to leave’

However, in an interview with The United Stand, Fabrizio Romano has said Ronaldo isn’t planning to walk out of Old Trafford.

“On Cristiano Ronaldo in particular, I want to clarify that he is absolutely not planning for something in the summer. It’s not in Cristiano’s style,” said the journalist.

“I see rumors every day about Cristiano talking, thinking about next summer or thinking of only Champions League football.

“Of course, Cristiano wants to play Champions League football but he’s absolutely not planning to leave or planning [anything] for the summer.”

Ronaldo, who sat out of United’s 1-0 FA Cup win over Aston Villa on Monday due to muscular problems, hopes to return for the reverse fixture in the Premier League this Saturday.
