The Portuguese superstar has found a fantastic start to his career at Al Nassr.

Cristiano Ronaldo has claimed the Saudi Pro League’s Player of the Month award for February.

CR7 arrived at Al Nassr after the Saudi club managed to sign him on a blockbuster deal in January. The Portugal international has quickly found his rhythm in the Saudi Pro League, playing a crucial role in his side’s attacking line.

Since joining his new club, Ronaldo has scored eight goals and provided two assists. CR7’s displays have helped Al Nassr maintain their place at the top of the Saudi Pro League table.

“Happy to win the February Player of the month award for the Roshan Saudi League. Hopefully the 1st of many! Proud to be part of this team,” Ronaldo wrote on Twitter after winning the prize.

Ronaldo scored his maiden Al Nassr goal in their dramatic 2-2 draw against Al Fateh on February 3. He then scored all four of his side’s goals against Al Wehda a week later.

CR7 wrapped up his fantastic displays in February by scoring a hat-trick in Al Nassr’s 3-0 win over Damac last week. The victory kept Ronaldo and co at the top of the Saudi Pro League table, two points above Al Ittihad.

The two sides will meet in a crunch league game on Thursday.
