Ahead of FC Barcelona’s latest La Liga match, Ronald Koeman spoke on rumors of a change in manager at Camp Nou.
Ronald Koeman expects to continue as Barcelona manager next season and sees no reason to doubt it.
The former Netherlands boss has had a relatively mixed first campaign in charge. He’s led the club to Copa del Rey glory and to within two points off the top of La Liga, but has come up short in the Champions League and lost the Spanish Super Cup final in January.
That, along with Joan Laporta’s return as president, has prompted rumors of a change in the dugout.

But Koeman believes he retains the club board’s support and plans to see out the second and final year of his contract.
“From the first day the president has shown his confidence in me,” said the Barcelona coach as quoted by Mundo Deportivo.
“For me, it is not something to be worried about, I signed two years as a coach and I see myself as Barcelona coach next year.
“If not, the president will speak to me, but we will not speak until the end of the season, as now is not the time. The most important thing is the end of La Liga and not my future as a coach.”
Barcelona take a trip to Levante on Tuesday night for their latest La Liga match.
Three points in Valencia will see the Blaugrana move into first place in the league table until Atletico Madrid have played Real Sociedad on Wednesday at least.
