Revealed: Are PSG open to selling Neymar this summer?

The Brazilian winger is heavily linked with a move away from PSG ahead of the new season.

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) are reportedly willing to sell Neymar “as soon as possible”, with Barcelona being among his suitors.

The Brazil international joined PSG on a record-breaking deal in 2017, ending his fantastic spell at Barcelona. Since then, he has registered 118 goals and 77 assists for the Ligue 1 giants in 173 appearances, winning five league titles.

Neymar’s future at the club, however, is more uncertain than ever ahead of the 2023-24 season. It seems the 31-year-old is ready to start a new chapter in his career this summer.

According to Fabrizio Romano, both Neymar and PSG hope to find a new destination for him in the coming weeks. The Sky Sports journalist claims the former Barcelona star already has offers from Saudi Arabia and MLS.

Barca are yet to enter concrete talks with their former player. The club are dealing with financial issues, but Ousmane Dembele’s move to PSG could convince them to add a new winger to their ranks.

A report from Ben Jacobs claims PSG demand around €60m for Neymar. Al Hilal have submitted a €45m bid that is expected to be rejected by the club.

PSG will start their new Ligue 1 campaign with a match against Lorient on Saturday.
