The Brazilian winger is on the verge of leaving Leeds United ahead of the next season.

Leeds United have reportedly accepted Barcelona’s offer for Raphinha.

The Catalans entered the transfer race for Raphinha amid heavy interest from Chelsea and Arsenal. But, they are now close to finalizing a deal for the highly-rated winger.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Leeds United have accepted Barcelona’s first offer for Raphinha.

The Spanish giants have reportedly offered a €58m fee plus add-ons that would take the total package to €67m. Raphinha is now on the verge of signing a five-year deal at Camp Nou.

Arsenal pushed hard to sign Raphinha at the beginning of the summer transfer window. But Chelsea hijacked the move, tempting Leeds United with a more lucrative deal.

Now, both London clubs would need to consider new forward targets as Barca seem to be on their way to securing Raphinha’s signature.

According to several English sources, the player himself has been eager to join Barcelona, considering it a ‘dream move’.

Since joining Leeds from Rennes in 2020, Raphinha has developed into one of the most promising young wingers in the Premier League.

Last season, the 25-year-old played a crucial role in Leeds’ Premier League survival under Jesse Marsch. A possible move to Barcelona would link him up with the likes of Memphis Depay and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in Barca’s attacking line.
