The Blancos have reached new contract agreements with three of their first-team stars ahead of the next season.
Real Madrid have reportedly signed new contracts with Eder Militao, Vinicius Junior, and Rodrygo.
The Blancos have so far spent a relatively quiet summer transfer window.
Following the transfers of Antonio Rudiger and Aurélien Tchouaméni, the Blancos have shifted their focus toward extending the contracts of some of their key players.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Blancos have already agreed to new deals for Militao, Vinicius, and Rodrygo.
The Sky Sports journalist claims Militao’s new six-year contract will include a €500m release clause.
The Blancos have also tied Rodrygo to a new six-year deal, but his release clause would be €1B. The club have included a similar release clause in Vinicius’ new contract, but his deal will run until June 2027.
All three players were key to Real Madrid’s successful campaign last season.
Vinicius established himself as a cornerstone of the Blancos’ backline, while Militao found his best form alongside David Alaba at the heart of Real Madrid’s backline.
Rodrygo’s gradual improvement throughout the season also resulted in a few crucial moments in Real Madrid’s Champions League triumph. The Brazilian youngster made 49 appearances for the Blancos across all competitions, scoring nine goals and providing ten assists.
