Santiago Bernabeu is touted as the next destination for the experienced and versatile Austrian who is set to become a free agent in June.

David Alaba has made no concrete decision on his future yet, says the player’s father.

Alaba has rejected multiple contract extension offers from Bayern Munich and is understood to be preparing to end his 12-year-long association with the club.

Liverpool, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, FC Barcelona, and Real Madrid are all reportedly interested in signing him, with the latter suggested as the favorites to land the Austria international.

Having entered the final six months of his Bayern contract, he is free to sign a pre-contract agreement with other clubs.

The Guardian has reported that the 28-year-old has agreed to a four-year deal with Real Madrid to realize his ‘dream’ of playing for the club.

However, Alaba’s father insists his son is still exploring the options available to him and is yet to commit to Real Madrid.

“A decision has not yet been made and David has not yet signed with Real,” George Alaba revealed to Sport 1. “Besides Real, there are other clubs that are interested in him.

“For him what counts is that he wants to concentrate fully on Bayern and his performance.”
