As a British citizen, Bellingham could fill out one of those spots if he joins the Blancos next summer. It would be a continuation of Real Madrid’s highly-successful efforts to rebuild their midfield line in the past few years.
Bellingham could find his place alongside the likes of Eduardo Camavinga and Aurelien Tchouameni, who are in the process of establishing themselves as Toni Kroos and Luka Modric’s successors.
