According to reports from France, PSG could be willing to offer Arsenal Julian Draxler in exchange for Mateo Guendouzi.

Paris Saint-Germain could consider offering Arsenal a swap deal involving Julain Draxler and Mateo Guendouzi.

The Gunners have been long-term suitors of Draxler and are supposedly happy to revisit their interest in the player after Borussia Dortmund ruled out the sale of one their targets in Julian Brandt.

French outlet L’Equipe claims that PSG are ready to make a move for Guendouzi. The Ligue 1 leaders are well familiar with the player who spent nine years at the club’s academy before departing the club.

The French outlet claims that Guendouzi was a target for PSG before he joined Arsenal from Lorient in 2018.

Guendouzi fell down the pecking order under Mikel Arteta after a clash with Brighton striker Neal Maupay last season brought his attitude under scrutiny.

The 21-year-old has been on loan with Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin since last October. However, is future with the Bundesliga side is now in doubt following the dismissal of the manager who signed him.

Bruno Labbadia was given his marching orders following a 4-1 home defeat by Werder Bremen at the weekend.

On the path of PSG, Draxler is out of contract at the end of the season and the French giants are considering a much earlier exit for the playmaker.

A potential swap deal with the Gunners is now on the cards but it remains to be seen if the Premier League outfit will entertain such a deal.
