PSG will soon have the Brazilian star back in their squad.

Neymar will be back in Paris Saint-Germain’s squad for their upcoming clash against Marseille, confirms Christophe Galtier.

The Brazilian forward has enjoyed fantastic form this season, registering 17 goals and 15 assists in 25 across all competitions.

However, muscle fatigue ruled him out of PSG’s matches against Montpellier and Toulouse. As Galtier’s side prepare to take on Marseille in Coupe de France, the French boss confirms Neymar has regained full fitness.

Giving a squad update on Tuesday, Galtier told reporters: “Renato Sanches is not available for the trip to Marseille, he is at a standstill.

“Marco Verratti, Neymar and Sergio Ramos are available. Nordi Mukiele hasn’t trained with us yet, but he is progressing well.

“Presnel Kimpembe is not far from joining the group, he has resumed collective training. And Kylian Mbappe is absent.”

Neymar and Ramos provide PSG with a massive squad boost ahead of the Marseille game. The absence of Kylian Mbappe through injury has caused concerns over the Parisians’ attacking form.

After their cup game against Marseille, Galtier’s team will travel to Monaco for their next Ligue 1 game. The Parisians will then host Bayern Munich in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie on February 14.
