Out of contract at the end of next season at Old Trafford, the World Cup winner has long been linked with a switch to Spain.

Mathias Pogba has urged Paul Pogba to join FC Barcelona as uncertainty continues to surround his brother’s future at Manchester United.

Despite the fact that he has become a key cog in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team, Manchester United, if rumors are to be believed, are willing to let go of Pogba this summer. A price tag of around €60 million has reportedly been set on the midfielder, who has attracted interest from Juventus and Real Madrid in the past.

The Frenchman has entered the final year of his contract and is supposedly demanding above £400,000-a-week wages to renew, but the Red Devils are reluctant to offer him such a hefty deal.

“Paul likes [Barcelona president Joan] Laporta a lot, can you tell us something about your brother’s situation?” asked reporter Jose Alvarez to Pogba’s brother on El Chiringuito de Jugones on Wednesday night.

“Once he wins the Europa League, then we will talk,” the Tabor Sezana forward replied.

“I don’t know anything but I’m with you Jose, I would sign tomorrow if that was the question,” he added when pressed on rumors linking Pogba to Barcelona.

“Hopefully he will sign for Barcelona.”
