Pedri has named the striker that he would like FC Barcelona to sign one day as a replacement for Robert Lewandowski.

Erling Haaland is the striker that Pedri would love Barcelona to sign as a future replacement for Robert Lewandowski.

At 23 years of age, Haaland is yet to enter his peak, but is already one of the world’s best strikers. His record-breaking stats know no limit, with 50 goals in 50 Premier League games. He also ended Lewandowski’s two-year hold of the Gerd Müller Trophy by winning the prize in October.

The Manchester City man is undoubtedly one of the stars of the future and a player that Pedri would love to link up with in Barcelona.

When Spanish streamer Ibai Llanos asked Pedri who would be his dream transfer on Twitch, the midfielder replied: “I would sign [Lionel] Messi if he were 19 or 22 years old, but currently I would sign Haaland.

“He is a cyborg and scores a lot of goals. Lewandowski is not going to last until he is 60.”

Lewandowski, who is 35 years old, hasn’t lit up the scoreboard as frequently as he did so in the past. The Pole has scored nine goals in 21 games across all competitions this season, including eight goals in LaLiga.

He will hope to get on the scoresheet on Thursday when Barcelona play Las Palmas in LaLiga.
