Tottenham can add a bad boy to their ranks in Jack Grealish and should make way for him in North London by getting rid of Dele Alli.

Jose Mourinho does not want gentlemen to represent him on the pitch. He wants match-winners who give their all on the pitch. Jack Grealish is that player and Spurs would be lucky to get him according to Jamie O’Hara

The former Tottenham fans favorite believes Alli has been below par for two seasons in a row and the club should cash-in on him this summer. This would allow Spurs to bring Grealish to their roster.

“I think the price on his head has put a lot of managers and clubs off, but you have to put him in the £70m area in terms of what he’s done for Aston Villa,” the former midfielder told talkSPORT.

“If I’m his agent I’d be saying, ‘look Jack, you got Villa into the Premier League, you pretty much single-handedly kept them up, the club need to honour the fact that you need to move on to really progress in your career.”

O’Hara explained that Tottenham would prefer to add Grealish in their dressing room, even if it meant saying farewell to Alli.

“I think they would take Grealish over Alli because of the fact that it’s a player we need.”

“It’s a position we’ve lost since Christian Eriksen downed tools and wanted out. When Eriksen was at his peak, that was when Spurs played their best football, in my opinion. He was the one that made everything tick.”

“Dele Alli is a different player, he’s not going to make things happen, he’s not going to create, he’s not going to hit those key passes; he likes to go beyond the back-four, he’s the runner, like Frank Lampard, he’ll get in the six yard box and score you goals.”

“He’s a different player to what Jack Grealish is, but I think Grealish is a player that Spurs need in that position.”

“So if they needed to open up a budget and Dele Alli was the player another club wanted, and the situation they can sign Grealish but they have to get rid of Dele Alli, I think Spurs fans will take that.”

Tottenham will have a fight on their hands. Manchester United have been linked with Grealish’s signature but have been lazy in their approach. Spurs’ move will get them out of hibernation and put the market in a frenzy.
