CR7 is a free agent after parting company with Manchester United on the eve of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Cristiano Ronaldo will probably want to join a Champions League club to end his career on a high, according to former Manchester United striker Odion Ighalo.
In the aftermath of his Talk TV interview with Piers Morgan, Ronaldo mutually agreed to end his contract at United. It leaves the superstar forward without a club for the first time in his senior career.

Ighalo hopes CR7 will join him in Saudi Arabia
However, with a rumored offer close to €200 million a season from Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr already on the table for Ronaldo, Ighalo has his fingers crossed for an unexpected link-up in the Middle East.
“Cristiano Ronaldo is hugely ambitious, and I think he will want to play in a Champions League team and end his career well, but you never can say,” the Al Hilal frontman told The Athletic.
“He has the decision to make. I wish him all the best in that decision, and hopefully, he does come to Saudi Arabia.
“I would love for him to come to Saudi because he would boost the league and add more fanbase to the league. People who aren’t already watching will start to engage with the league and see something they are missing.”
Of course, Ronaldo is unlikely to decide on his next club until after Portugal’s World Cup campaign in Qatar.
