Messi open to a huge pay cut to rejoin Barca

Lionel Messi is open to rejoining Barcelona on a free summer transfer from Paris Saint-Germain.

The 35-year-old forward wants to stay in Europe. Barcelona would be his preferred destination. However, he accepts rejoining the Catalan club would involve a big pay cut, at around €12 million net per season. Barca will send their two-year proposal to LaLiga for approval. [Daily Mail]
