Atleti to revive Lacazette interest.

Atletico Madrid are preparing to step up their pursuit of Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette.

The 29-year-old Frenchman was heavily linked with a switch from the Emirates over the summer but the transfer never went through.

Diego Simeone’s side are now set to revive their interest in the Lacazette, who is supposedly deemed surplus to requirements by Mikel Arteta at Arsenal with his contract due to expire next year. [AS]

Leverkusen star hoping to join the Premier League.

Leon Bailey is targeting a move to the Premier League after rediscovering his best form with Bayer Leverkusen this season.

The Jamaican winger has started working with English agency Unique Sports Management in order to increase the likelihood of getting a transfer to the English top-flight.

Priced in the range of €40-50 million, Bailey has scored nine goals and registered seven assists so far this season. [BILD]

Benatia to return to Serie A.

Parma are set to sign Mehdi Benatia on a loan deal with an obligation to make the transfer permanent.

The 33-year-old center-back, who won three Serie A, two Coppa Italia, and a Supercoppa Italiana titles during his two-year stay at Juventus, is expected to make his return to Italy next week. [Fabrizio Romano]

Pep Guardiola will be given £200 million to make new additions to the Manchester City squad in the summer.

Having already bolstered the defense in January, Guardiola will look to strengthen the team’s attack with Sergio Aguero’s future at the club up in the air.
