LA Galaxy are seeking to sign Mesut Ozil, who is is in the final year of his contract at Arsenal.
The German midfielder has been linked with moves away from Europe in the past with interest reported from another MLS outfit DC United, Turkish team Istanbul Basaksehir, and Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr. [Fichajes]
Foden in line for new Man City deal.
Manchester City are working on handing Phil Foden a lucrative new contract that would treble his current wages. Along with £75,000-a-week wages, the young forward’s new deal will include other incentives such as a £9,000 win bonus.

Neymar is keen on prolonging his stay at Paris Saint-Germain and has made the club aware of his intentions. The forward is tied to the club until 2022 and wants to re-sign, although the two parties are yet to initiate talks.
