Man Utd set to intensify search for a new striker
Manchester United are expected to intensify their search for a new striker this week.
Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic is the man on the club’s radar. The 25-year-old Austrian scored 21 goals in 33 appearances in the Bundesliga last season. He has reportedly caught the eye of Bayern Munich as well.
RB Salzburg’s 19-year-old star Benjamin Sesko is another striker on manager Erik ten Hag’s shortlist. Ajax’s £80 million asking price, meanwhile, makes a deal for Antony complicated. [Daily Mail]
The De Jong-Chelsea saga takes a new twist
Chelsea will make an offer for Frenkie de Jong if the midfielder leaves Barcelona this summer.
