Juve prefer another loan deal for Morata.

Juventus would rather bring back Alvaro Morata again on loan next season than sign him on a permanent transfer from Atletico Madrid.

Morata has been impressive in his second spell in Turin so far.

The Spanish striker has a €45 million purchase option on his loan deal but the Serie A champions, in light of long-term economic concerns amid the pandemic, are unwilling to exercise that option. [AS]

Tielemans in line for Leicester renewal.

Leicester City are prepared to offer midfielder Youri Tielemans a contract extension amid rising interest from rival clubs for him.

The Belgian international has a contract until 2023, and the club want to tie him down for two more years.

The Foxes intend to make Tielemans, who has been a key player in their team since joining from Monaco in 2019, the second-best paid player in their squad. [Todofichajes]

Umtiti rejected Liverpool move in January.

Samuel Umtiti turned down a move from FC Barcelona to Liverpool in the January transfer window.

Liverpool wanted to sign Umtiti as they looked to solve their defensive issues with a number of center-backs out injured, but the Frenchman was eager to remain at Barcelona.

The 27-year-old, who has been plagued by injuries for much of his time at the club, is determined to fight for his place in the Barca backline. He has featured only five times in La Liga so far in 2020-21. [The Athletic]

Aarons still on Man Utd transfer wishlist.

Norwich City full-back Max Aarons remains a transfer interest for Manchester United.

The Red Devils could act on their interest in the 21-year-old in the summer as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks to provide competition for Aaron Wan-Bissaka at right-back.

Aarons, who has played 28 Championship games for Norwich this term, was also linked with a move to FC Barcelona last year. [The Express]

Dortmund set to lose key players.

Borussia Dortmund are prepared to lose a few key players when the transfer window reopens at the end of the season.

The Bundesliga side believe Jadon Sancho, who remains a target for Manchester United, will leave the club in the summer.

One of Raphael Guerreiro, Julian Brandt, or Giovanni Reyna could also follow him out the exit door. The club, however, will not consider parting ways with star striker Erling Haaland.

FC Porto are closing in on securing the signature of 23-year-old striker Pepe from Brazilian side Gremio.
