Jose Mourinho’s men were as their sparkling best, progressing into the fourth round after an emphatic win over the eighth-tier opponents.
Tottenham sealed a commanding 5-0 victory over Marine in Sunday’s FA Cup third round fixture.
Carlos Vinicius netted a first-half hat-trick, making some history in the process. For a side managed by Jose Mourinho, the Brazilian striker is now first player to hit a hat-trick in the FA Cup since 2007.
History was also made by Alfie Devine as he became the youngest-ever first-team player for Spurs. The 16-year-old was playing his first match for the club and made sure to mark his debut with a goal, also becoming the youngest-ever scorer for a Premier League or Football League club in the FA Cup since 2011.
Lucas Moura was also on the scoresheet, with the Brazilian finding the net with a superb free-kick.
Despite the heavy home defeat, it marked a monumental day for the home side as they played their biggest match in their 127-year history.
Marine, who are in the eighth tier of English football, can be proud of their efforts as they left absolutely everything on the pitch but were simply no match for the Premier League giants.
