Ahead of a crucial Champions League game, two Manchester United players have made their returns to action.

Rasmus Hojlund and Antony have made the Manchester United squad for Wednesday’s Champions League game against Galatasaray.

Erik ten Hag has included the pair in his 22-man team for the trip to Istanbul. In a press conference on Tuesday, the manager confirmed their places in the squad, but didn’t say if they would start.

Ten Hag’s decision came after Hojlund and Antony trained at Carrington on Tuesday morning. The two attackers missed Sunday’s 3-0 win over Everton because of injury problems. Hojlund had a hamstring problem, which he sustained before the international break, while Antony suffered a knock in training last week.

Their returns come as a welcome boost, as United attempt to salvage their Champions League campaign. The Red Devils are currently bottom of Group A with three points in four games. That said, with the second-placed FC Copenhagen being only one point ahead of them, they can still snatch a spot in the last-16.

Casemiro, Christian Eriksen, Jonny Evan, Amad, Tyrell Malacia, Mason Mount, and Lisandro Martinez are all out.

Below is the full list of the United squad for the Galatasaray game.
