According to AS, Man United are eyeing a move for Joao Felix. The Spanish source claims the Red Devils will make a bid for the midfielder this winter.

However, Man United might face fierce competition from several clubs in the race to sign the 22-year-old. Liverpool, Arsenal and Newcastle United are also plotting to sign Felix. However, United’s huge winter budget might give them an advantage in case of a bidding war.

Following an incredible 2018-19 campaign, Felix moved to Atletico Madrid from Benfica in July 2019. Despite showing glimpses of his best form, the Portuguese star has not managed to fulfil expectations at Wanda Metropolitano.

Felix has struggled to retain his place in Atletico’s lineup this season, getting significantly less game time than before. The Golden Boy award winner must now decide whether he wants to keep fighting for his place at Atletico.
