The Red Devils are yet to make an official bid for Hojlund.

Manchester United reportedly have a full personal agreement in place with Rasmus Hojlund.

The Danish striker has emerged as United’s main target for the No.9 position. The club are now ready to open formal talks with Atalanta over a summer move.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Hojlund have already agreed to sign a five-year contract at Old Trafford. The Sky Sports journalist claims the deal will also include an option to be extended for another year.

Reaching a personal agreement with Hojlund has never been United’s concern, with the player expressing his desire to join the Red Devils several times.

However, talks with Atalanta could be challenging as the two side seem to have different valuations of the youngster. A Daily Mail report has claimed the Serie A giants demand around €100m for Hojlund, while the Red Devils are not willing to go above €70m in their first offer.

In recent days, reports about Man Utd’s interest in signing Harry Kane have also intensified. However, Bayern Munich have remained as the front-runners to sign him as Spurs are reluctant to sell the England captain to their Premier League rivals.

Man Utd are expected to send their opening bid for Hojlund this week.
