Let’s take a look at the Player Ratings from the Premier League match between Manchester City and Wolves at the Etihad Stadium.
Raheem Sterling scored his 100th Premier League goal to seal Manchester City a 1-0 win over 10-man Wolves.
The first half was a tale of two halves. Man City dominated right from the start, but couldn’t break the deadlock. Wolves did a fine job in that aspect, restricting the hosts to half-chances in a composed defensive performance.
31 seconds of madness from Raul Jimenez, however, left Bruno Lage’s side with a mammoth task.
On the stroke of half-time, the Mexican striker got sent off for two yellow cards. His first bookable offense came for catching Rodri with an outstretched leg, earning the Man City midfielder a free-kick.
But Jimenez then tried to stop Rodri from taking the free-kick and managed to block it, albeit from about two yards out. Referee, Jon Moss, didn’t hesitate to show a second yellow, leaving Wolves down to 10-men.
31 – Only 31 seconds separated Raúl Jiménez's first and second yellow cards (45:50-46:21). It's his first red card in his 102nd Premier League appearance, while he's the first Mexican to be sent off in the competition. Orders.

Sterling makes it a century of Premier League goals
Whatever Pep Guardiola told his player at the break, it did the trick. Man City began the second half in brilliant fashion, creating a host of chances and leaving a 10-man Wolves side grasping for survival.
The Citizens launched attack after attack on the Wanderers’ goal and eventually got their way, thanks to a penalty.
After a VAR check, the referee ruled the spot-kick decision in favor of Guardiola’s side after Bernardo Silva’s cross hit Moutinho’s side first, before deflecting onto his arm inside the box.
Raheem Sterling then coolly slotted the ball down the middle to score his 100th Premier League goal. It was his fourth in eight games for Man City, and it was enough for all three points.

The 1-0 win ensures the Premier League leaders stay top of the standings for this weekend, regardless of whatever results Liverpool and Chelsea achieve. They next face Leeds at home on Tuesday.
As for Wolves, the eighth-placed visitors return to action on Wednesday away to Brighton this time.
