Chelsea secure a hard-fought victory against the Swedish side on Tuesday.

Chelsea defeated Malmo 1-0 in their fourth Champions League game of the season. The Blues secured their sixth consecutive victory across all competitions in a hard-fought battle.

Ziyech steals the show!

After a goalless first half, Chelsea increased the pressure on Malmo’s backline. The Swedish side displayed an impressive defensive performance in the second period, but that was not enough to stop the Blues.

Following a swift run behind the Malmo backline, Callum Hudson-Odoi sent a spectacular pass to Hakim Ziyech. The Moroccan forward calmly converted the pass to make it 1-0 for Chelsea in the 56th minute.

The Blues continued their attacks after the goal, but they didn’t manage to score again at the Eleda Stadium.

Chelsea sit second in Group H of the competition with nine points from their four matches. Elsewhere in the group, Juventus will meet Zenit at the Allianz Stadium later tonight.
