The Belgian has found the back of the bet 61 times in 91 outings since making the switch from England to Italy in the summer of 2019.

Romelu Lukaku has picked his strike against AC Milan in the most recent Derby della Madonnina as the best goal of his Inter Milan career so far.

Lukaku was on target and so was his strike partner Lautaro Martinez as Inter cruised to a 3-0 victory over Milan in Serie A in February. The Belgian got on the scoresheet in style as he, after carrying the ball a long way, stuck a powerful shot from the edge of the box and into the bottom corner of the net.

“The one I scored against Milan, there are all my characteristics there,” Lukaku told the club’s official media when asked about his best goal in Inter colors, via Football Italia.

“The run, the power, and the precision. And it has a profound meaning for me and our season.

Lukaku also revealed his five favorite Inter players of all time. Goalkeeper Julio Cesar, defender Maicon, striker Adriano, and former forwards Samuel Eto’o and Ronaldo Nazario made the cut.

“Julio Cesar was extraordinary, with excellent technical skills and great charisma. Then Maicon had speed and technique. As for Adriano, I know all his goals by heart. Eto’s determination and class have inspired me and Ronaldo, the phenomenon, had football in his destiny.”
