The Reds have spent a relatively quiet transfer window so far this summer.
Liverpool will stay active in the remaining days of the summer transfer window, according to Jurgen Klopp.
So far, the Reds have added two new players to their squad ahead of the next season. Alexis Mc Allister arrived on a £35m deal from Brighton before the Reds completed a £60m move for Dominik Szoboszlai.
Naby Keita, Roberto Firmino, and James Milner have left Liverpool on permanent deals, while both Fabinho and Jordan Henderson are also on the verge of joining new sides.
The new departures will further decrease Liverpool’s squad depth in midfield. But Klopp vows the Reds will sign more players before the transfer window deadline.
“My main focus and my main energy has to go into the training sessions, that’s what I do,” Klopp told We Are Liverpool Podcast.
“The time left and right of the sessions then I can try and sort other stuff, and that’s what we are doing.
“Still around three to four weeks until the first game of the season, a few things have to happen until then. Definitely. Transfer market-wise as well, that’s clear now.
“It will happen, and we will have a good team.”
Liverpool will take on Greuther Furth in their next pre-season friendly on Monday. The Reds will then start their Asian tour by travelling to Singapore.
