Let’s take a look at the Player Ratings from the Premier League match between Leicester City and Chelsea at the King Power Stadium.
Antonio Rudiger, N’Golo Kante, and Christian Pulisic were on target to seal a comfortable 3-0 win for Chelsea at the King Power Stadium.
Despite the absence of €115 million signing Romelu Lukaku, Chelsea had no trouble in the attack. They mustered an impressive nine shots and held 70% possession in a dominant first-half display. Four of the shots were on target, with two of them finding their way into the back of the net.
Rudiger set the Premier League leaders on their way by flicking Ben Chilwell’s corner-kick into the far corner. It was the German’s fourth goal against Leicester, the most he has scored against any club in the league.

The home side, on the other hand, were anything but convincing. They made no impact, were sloppy in defense, and offered no threat upfront. The only real highlight was Ademola Lookman’s disallowed equalizing goal for offside. Otherwise, it was another forgettable afternoon for Brendan Rodgers’ men.
Kante doubled his former club’s misery by brilliantly smashing the ball into the top right corner from the edge of the box to put Chelsea into a two-goal lead before the half-hour mark.

Pulisic puts the game to bed
As their fans booed them off at half-time, Leicester knew a response was needed. Rodgers brought on James Maddison and Kelechi Iheanacho for the second half, and it appeared to do the trick.
The Foxes looked much better and didn’t lose the ball so easily, but still couldn’t threaten Chelsea. The Blues stayed in control and Pulisic put the game to bed by poking Hakim Ziyech’s ball into the near post, handing the visitors a 3-0 lead in the 70th-minute.
While Reece James, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Pulisic had further goals ruled out for offside, Chelsea still cruised to victory. Thomas Tuchel’s men have now extended their lead at the top of the Premier League table to six points from Manchester City, who play Everton on Sunday.
Leicester remain down in 12th-place, having extended their winless run to four games in all competitions.
