According to new information coming from his own mother, we finally know what Kylian Mbappe’s real extension plans can be.

With all the information coming from Kylian Mbappe’s camp in recent days, his mother let slip the plan they have for the player’s future. Nasser Al-Khelaifi already stated he won’t allow the star to leave for free, which is a problem right now. As you all know, Mbappe’s contract is set to expire in June. This will leave him free to choose any club he wants on a free transfer. But Mbappe always had his intentions clear with his current club and he wants them to make money from his transfer.

All of this opens the door for a new opportunity that will force Real Madrid to pay for his new deal. Kylian Mbappe’s mother just confirmed that the family has a plan to ask PSG for a contract extension of only one more year. This will make the Spanish giants to make a substantial offer in order to sign Mbappe next summer. But there’s a problem with this possibility because the Spanish media doesn’t trust PSG. If Kylian makes the decision to sign a new contract for one year, this gives his current club the chance to keep him inside a golden cage for longer.

Mbappe’s mother warns about Kylian’s possible decision.

During his interview with Le Parisien, this is what Kylian Mbappe’s mother said about his possible contract extension and his attempt to leave: “Now NO ONE can blame us for leaving for FREE. Because last summer we tried to leave so PSG can receive a transfer fee,” said Kylian’s mother to Le Parisien. We previously revealed she mentioned speaking directly with Leonardo but he later confirmed that the contract extension has a specific stipulation.

According to RMC Sport, the new contract that is being discussed will only last for one year. The intention of this is to allow PSG to make a lot of money from Mbappe’s transfer. As a family, they are aware of how much the club has done for them. Leaving for free would be a sign of disrespect they simply don’t want to make. Everybody agrees that helping PSG make their money is in everyone’s best interest. Even the player spoke about this during his previous interviews for two different media outlets.
