The Norwegian star scored another Champions League place to secure his place at the top of the tournament’s goalscoring charts.
Ballon d’Or winner Kaka has praised Erling Haaland for his wonderful start at Manchester City.
The former Borussia Dortmund star went on to score twice in the first half of City’s 5-0 win over Copenhagen on Wednesday.
Having scored 19 goals in his first 12 appearances for City across all competitions, Haaland seems to be on his way to breaking a host of domestic and European records by the end of the season.
“It is incredible what this guy is doing,” Kaka told beIN SPORTS. “It seems like he’s playing against kids!
“I think he can break all the records. What he’s [been] doing [since] the start of the season, it is unbelievable. Congratulations to him. He’s ready to play in the top level, like the Premier League.
“He played in the Bundesliga, at a high level as well. But this level in the Premier League and Champions League, it is not easy to score the number of goals he [has].
“It is nice for us to see a forward and a player like him. It is enjoyable. We enjoy it a lot, to see this kind of player.”
City will lock horns with Southampton in the Premier League before meeting Copenhagen again next Tuesday.
