The Serie A champions will aim to place a stranglehold on the second qualification spot in Group G when they play the Hungarians.

Juventus find themselves lagging behind FC Barcelona, who maintain a perfect record so far, in their Champions League group.

A convincing victory in Turin on Tuesday night, however, will see them go through to the Last 16 stage of the competition.

Ferencvaros appear out of their depths in Europe’s premier club competition and nothing less than a miracle would be needed for them to bring down the Italian champions, and their demotion looks imminent.

Juventus vs Ferencvaros Preview:

The Serie A side are expected to do the double over bottom-placed team, having beaten them 4-1 in the away leg.

Cristiano Ronaldo missed the clash against Barcelona after testing positive for coronavirus and was unable on his return. The competition’s record goalscorer will be hungry to open his account for the season.

Other than Ronaldo’s return, Juve have been aided by their own ability to bring out a positive result from games lately after too many points were squandered through draws earlier.

Odds are stacked against the Hungarian side, who travel to Turin with just one point from their opening three games and a goal difference of -7.

However, they may take pleasure from their domestic form heading into Tuesday’s tie, having been unbeaten in the league this term after nine games. Their only losses so far have come in the Champions League against FC Barcelona and in the reverse fixture against the upcoming opponents.

Juventus vs Ferencvaros Head-to-head:

Only one official match has ever been played between the two sides before and that was the reverse leg of this group stage tie.

Alvaro Morata and Paulo Dybala were on the scoresheet when Juve emerged victorious before the international break.

Juventus vs Ferencvaros Team News:

Andrea Pirlo is having to deal with a lot of injuries lately. Defensive pair Leonardo Bonucci and Giorgio Chiellini, Aaron Ramsey, and Federico Chiesa will all probably miss Tuesday’s outing.

Things are different for the visitors as Sergei Rebrov has all his players available for selection.
