CR7 is enjoying time away from football after representing his country at Euro 2020, but the rumor mill keeps running.

Cristiano Ronaldo has given no indication whatsoever that he wants to quit Juventus this summer, says the club’s director Pavel Nedved.

Ronaldo continues to be linked with a move away to clubs abroad after a substandard season with Juventus.

The fact that the 35-year-old is yet to open renewal talks with the Old Lady despite just one year remaining on his current contract is also fanning the flames of his exit rumors.

Massimilano Allegri’s arrival is also a driving force behind those rumors, with the returning manager supposedly not too fond of the star player.

It has even been reported Juve have started preparing for life after their talismanic forward, with FC Barcelona’s Antoine Griezmann, among others, said to be in consideration.

The Portuguese international is currently on a break from football after an intense Euro 2020 campaign. He was a standout performer in the tournament, winning the Golden Boot for his five-goal showing, but couldn’t avoid an early elimination for Portugal.

“Cristiano is on holiday now,” said Nedved, speaking to Sky Italia. “We have no signal from his entourage regarding his desire to leave Juventus.

“We’re waiting for him and he will return around 25 July as scheduled.”
