The Bianconeri paid tribute to Ronaldo with a special jersey after he became the highest goalscorer in football history.
Juventus honored Cristiano Ronaldo for his latest historic achievement by presenting him a special jersey with the caption ‘GOAT’ printed on the back.
After scoring a hat-trick in last weekend’s 3-1 win over Cagliari, Ronaldo acknowledged for the first time he had surpassed the legendary Pele upon scoring his 770th career goal and Juventus were quick to honor him.
The club’s president Andrea Agnelli presented the five-time Ballon d’Or winner with a custom-made jersey before the Serie A match against Benevento in Turin.
To mark Ronaldo’s achievement, Juventus changed the jersey number on the back from 7 to 770. The club also changed the player’s surname to ‘GOAT’.
