The Bianconeri have added a new winger to their squad ahead of the next season.
Juventus have announced they have signed Angel Di Maria on a free transfer.
After leaving Paris Saint-Germain earlier this summer, Di Maria attracted interest from Barcelona and Juventus.
The Argentine expressed his interest in playing for the Catalan side but Juve have managed to win the transfer race to sign him.
Di Maria’s contract at Juventus will expire next summer. The Bianconeri were reportedly eager to sign a longer deal with the experienced winger.
However, he made it clear he will return to his former club Rosario Central next year.
“We are not talking to Rosario Central, but the idea is to return,” he said earlier this month. “Everyone has the dream of going to Europe, I have already achieved it. Now my dream is to come back, but I want to do it feeling good.
“The World Cup is coming and the return to Argentine football limits you from this point of view. Unless you go to River Plate or Boca Juniors, you normally don’t have a chance to take part in the national team.
“I want to continue the path in Europe to the end, but I feel the need to return to Argentina.”
Following Di Maria’s unveiling, the Serie A giants will most likely confirm Paul Pogba’s return in the coming days.
