The England international has taken the La Liga by storm since joining the Blancos.
Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala has reacted to Jude Bellingham’s fantastic start to his career at Real Madrid.
Bellingham ended his successful spell at Borussia Dortmund to join Real Madrid on a €103m move in June. The 20-year-old’s start at Santiago Bernabeu has even surprised his biggest fans.
The England international has quickly established a starting spot in Real Madrid’s star-studded midfield line while scoring a number of crucial goals for the Blancos.
“It’s definitely crazy,” Musiala told ESPN when asked about Bellingham’s development.
“If you look at when we were still roommates at the England national team, and then if you probably told us then in four years or something, Jude would be at Real Madrid and I’ll be at Bayern, [we] probably wouldn’t have believed it at the moment.
“But it’s definitely a big achievement. We both worked very hard to be in the position we’re in right now. I’m very happy for him and I’m sure he’ll do very well.”
Bellingham has scored six goals and provided an assist in his seven appearances for Real Madrid so far this season. The midfielder is set to start another crucial match for the Blancos when they take on La Liga leaders Girona on Saturday.
