The Portuguese added a fifth European trophy to his haul on Wednesday by leading the Giallorossi to glory in the Europa Conference League.

Jose Mourinho has pledged his future to AS Roma, vowing to stay even if he receives offers from other clubs.

The Mourinho-led Roma became the first team to win the Europa Conference League on Wednesday. Nicolo Zaniolo’s first-half goal bagged the Italian side a 1-0 win over Feyenoord in the final over in Albania.

It marked the fifth time Mourinho had won a major European trophy as a manager. The Portuguese previously won the UEFA Cup and Champions League at Porto, the Champions League at Inter Milan, and the Europa League with Manchester United.

“We made history today, there are many things in my head right now,” he told Sky Sport Italia after Wednesday night’s final.

“I have great respect for all the clubs I worked with, but today I am 100 percent Romanista, because these fans are incredible. I will stay at AS Roma, no doubt, even if some offers will come.”

What is Mourinho’s record at Roma?

The former Inter Milan and Chelsea boss replaced Paulo Fonseca as Roma’s manager last summer.

In his first season, Mourinho recorded 29 victories in 55 matches (D12 L14) across all competitions. He led Roma to a sixth-place finish in Serie A, the Coppa Italia quarter-finals, and the Europa Conference League title.

Wednesday’s title win was the first time Roma had won any silverware since their Coppa Italia triumph in 2007/08.
