As he enters another week as a Red Devil, Jadon Sancho explained the reason he is still buzzing for playing at Manchester United.

The whole truth behind Jadon Sancho’s decision to become a Manchester United player lies in the club’s prestige. From the first moment the Red Devils made the decision to pursue his transfer, it was evident he wanted to play for the club. Throughout history, Man United is at the top amongst the clubs with the biggest history in modern football. Alongside Liverpool, they rank amongst some of the most powerful football institutions. Despite going through rough moments in recent years, the club’s history remains one of the ultimate places for players to go.

Similar to Real Madrid or FC Barcelona, the biggest stars think about Manchester United when they aim to take a step forward in their career. Jadon Sancho is still incredibly happy as a Red Devil and sometimes he still gets those ‘pinch me’ moments. Just to give you an example. He recently signed for United and he had no idea he would come on the same summer of Cristiano Ronaldo’s return.

Sancho’s hopes for his first season at United.

During an interview with UMM, this is what Sancho said: “I haven’t stopped smiling. I’m just happy to be here and be part of the Red Devils and the team. Especially when I made my debut – the lads have been very good with me and made it easier. I’m going to keep playing my game. I’m not going to change what I’ve been doing over in Germany. I’ve just got to bring it here and hopefully I can show the fans what I can deliver. There’s going to be a crazy link-up when Marcus gets back. Obviously I’ve seen a bit of Mason recently in training – he’s crazy.

“We’re still getting to know each other, obviously movements and things like that, getting our understanding, but it’s going to be crazy all three of us on the pitch. I would say so (on Euro 2020 being the best five weeks of his life). It was a big stage for me – my first major tournament with my national team. But also one of my biggest downs, obviously missing the penalties and receiving the racial abuse. But the team are fantastic. The month we were there, it was a great feeling playing in front of our home crowd and the mandem supporting.”
