The Nerazzurri and Bianconeri lock horns again, this time looking to gain an advantage and move one step closer to the Coppa Italia final.

Juventus pay a visit to Inter Milan at San Siro on Tuesday for the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final.

The two Italian heavyweights have clashed once before this season, with Inter beating Juventus last month in Serie A. Arturo Vidal scored in the first half and Nicola Barella in the second to help their team claim a 2-0 win.

Andrea Pirlo’s side have looked stable since that loss, picking up a trophy in the shape of Supercoppa Italiana soon after, and will be determined to avoid a second successive defeat to Antonio Conte’s men.

Inter Milan vs Juventus Form:

The hosts have reached this stage of the competition after beating Fiorentina 2-1 in the Round of 16 and edging out AC Milan with an identical scoreline an exciting and fiery quarter-final contest.

They put in a dominating display in their previous fixture, recording a 4-0 Serie A win over Benevento.

The visitors had a relatively easier path to the semi-finals, having had to overcome Genoa and SPAL. They managed a narrow 3-2 win against Genoa and thrashed SPAL 4-0.

The Bianconeri go into the match on the back of a 2-0 Serie A victory over Sampdoria on Saturday.
