Inter Milan chief executive Giuseppe Marotta has opened up on reports linking the Premier League duo with moves to Italy.
Giuseppe Marotta has confirmed Inter Milan’s interest in Hector Bellerin and also refused to rule out an approach for Alex Telles.
Bellerin is reportedly ready to call time on a 10-year spell at Arsenal, attracting interest from several clubs. Inter are the keenest to sign the right-back after selling Achraf Hakimi to Paris Saint-Germain. An asking price of around £15 million has been mooted.
Telles, meanwhile, could also be on the Nerazzurri’s radar. The Serie A champions have lost Ashley Young this summer, and the Manchester United left-back is allegedly a possible replacement option.
According to @MatteMoretto, Hector Bellerin has told #Arsenal that he wants to leave the club. He wants to go to Inter Milan as a priority, but it’s up to the clubs to work on the deal & find the best solution. pic.twitter.com/inOPDs946u

“Hector Bellerin is a player we’re following… but I can’t say more,” Marotta told Sky Sport Italia.
“Alex Telles? I can’t exclude this possibility, but we’re making our plans and we’ll see. We’re now planning to keep our best players after selling Hakimi.”
That said, Telles has implied he is prepared to fight for his future at United after playing second fiddle to Luke Shaw last season.
Bellerin, on the other hand, has featured in each of Arsenal’s two pre-season friendlies this summer as the Gunners lost 2-1 to Hibernian last week and drew 2-2 with Rangers on Saturday.
