Latest reports suggest that Aleksandar Kolarov could be on his way out of Roma and is set to join Inter Milan in the coming days.

Aleksandar Kolarov is now primed to leave Roma after the club agreed a fee with Inter for his transfer.

Talks between both clubs have been ongoing for the past few weeks but have finally materialized into something concrete.

Multiple sources have all but confirmed the move and Sky Sport Italia confirmed more details on the move.

Kolarov is expected to cost Inter a €1m fixed transfer fee, with €0.5m in add-ons and bonuses.

This is considerably less than the €2m Roma were originally asking for the 34-year-old defender.

Kolarov now has his medical scheduled for Monday or Tuesday, as he is currently away on international duty with Serbia.

The veteran defender will turn 35 in November but he will prove to be a crucial signing for Antonio Conte regardless.

He can play as a left-back, a left wing-back or a centre-back and his versatility will come in handy for the Nerazzurri.

Kolarov becomes the second signing for Inter following their permanent purchase of Achraf Hakimi from Real Madrid.

The 34-year-old will sign a one-year contract with Inter worth €3.5m, with an option for a second season.
