The England captain made another excellent performance for Bayern as they crushed Bochum at Allianz Arena.

Harry Kane became the first-ever Bundesliga player to score seven goals in his first five matches in the German top flight.

Bayern Munich broke the bank to sign Kane on a £100m move from Tottenham in the summer transfer window. The striker’s performances, however, have completely justified his price tag.

Kane scored a penalty and provided an assist in his first Champions League appearance for Bayern on Wednesday. He then returned to the Bundesliga to star for the Bavarians in their crushing win over Bochum.

Goals from Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Kane, Matthijs de Ligt, and Leroy Sane saw the hosts end the first half with a 3-0 victory. However, Bayern managed to find the back of the net four more times in the second half.

Kane scored two more goals to complete his hat-trick. Prior to Kane, no player had ever managed to score more than five goals in his first seven Bundesliga games.

The England international, who had already provided an assist for Sane in the first half, completed his wonderful performance by setting up Mathys Tel for his side’s sixth goal of the night.

Three goals and two assists were the results of Kane’s perfect display at Allianz Arena. The Bayern striker could make his DFB-Pokal debut when his side meet Preussen Munster on Tuesday.
